These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tagmindskills.com (the "Website"), any associated applications, and all services, products, sessions, courses, and materials provided by Training Alliance Group ("We", "Us", "Our", or the "Provider"). The Provider offers hypnotherapy, mind coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), cognitive therapy techniques, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), sport mindset coaching, vocational training courses, workshops, group programmes, corporate and organisational services, and related digital or physical products (collectively, the "Services").
IMPORTANT NOTICE: By accessing the Website, creating an account, booking any Service, purchasing any course or product, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or any Services.
1. Definitions
- Client/User: Any individual, group, or organisation who accesses the Website or purchases or uses any Services.
- Session: Individual or group hypnotherapy, mind coaching, NLP, cognitive therapy, EMDR, EFT, sport mindset coaching, or similar session delivered online via video or phone, by phone call, or in person.
- Course/Programme: Any hypnotherapy or mindset vocational training, certification-style course, workshop, or programme delivered in person, live online, or via prerecorded audio, video, or digital materials.
- Corporate/Organisational Services: Group workshops, team coaching, business mindset programmes, or B2B training provided to companies or groups.
- Digital Products: Prerecorded audios, videos, e-books, workbooks, or downloadable materials.
2. Our Services
We provide complementary personal development and performance Services. These are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or clinical treatments. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical, mental health, or physical condition. Services are for educational, self-improvement, and mindset purposes only.
- Individual Sessions: Booked online, by phone, or in person.
- Training Courses: In-person classroom, live online (via Zoom or similar), or on-demand prerecorded formats. Vocational courses may lead to a Certificate of Completion but do not guarantee professional licensure, accreditation, or regulatory approval.
- Group/Business Services: Tailored workshops or programmes for teams and organisations, subject to separate quote and possible addendum agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule any Service at our sole discretion.
3. Eligibility and User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental or guardian consent and supervision.
- You represent that you are in suitable physical and mental health to participate and will disclose any relevant medical or psychological conditions, medications, or contraindications before any Session or Course.
- Accounts must use accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.
4. Booking and Scheduling
- All bookings require full or deposit payment as specified at checkout.
- Confirmation is sent by email. You must join on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions with no refund.
- Technical requirements for online Sessions and Courses (stable internet, compatible device, camera and microphone) are your responsibility. We are not liable for connection issues.
5. Payments, Fees, and Taxes
- All prices are in GBP and inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes and VAT as stated at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full card details.
- For corporate or group bookings, invoices may be issued with net-14 or net-30 terms subject to credit approval.
- You are responsible for all bank or processing fees and any currency conversion costs.
6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy
Sessions (Individual or Group)
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be notified in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled time (24 hours for some services).
- Full refund if cancelled with the required notice, minus any processing fees.
- Less than the required notice period or no-show: no refund; full fee charged. Rescheduling may incur a fee.
- Refunds issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Courses and Programmes
- Prerecorded and Digital Products: Due to immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted, subject to applicable consumer laws.
- Live Online or In-Person Courses: Full refund (minus a non-refundable deposit or admin fee, typically 20–30%) if cancelled at least 14 days before the start date. After this point, or once materials are accessed or live sessions begin, no refund is available.
- Vocational training materials provided upon enrolment are non-refundable.
- We may offer a transfer to another date or course at our discretion, subject to availability and a possible fee.
Corporate and Organisational Services
Subject to the specific contract; generally non-refundable after commencement or delivery of materials.
General Refund Rules
- No refunds for completed sessions, attended courses, or downloaded materials.
- Refunds are at our sole discretion and exclude any promotional discounts.
- Cooling-off periods under applicable UK consumer law apply only if no access has occurred and are subject to statutory exceptions for digital services.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, breach of these Terms, or where prohibited by law.
7. Client Responsibilities and Code of Conduct
- Attend punctually, participate fully, and provide accurate information.
- For in-person events: comply with venue health and safety rules.
- Maintain respectful, professional conduct. Disruptive behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund.
- You are responsible for your own results; outcomes depend on your engagement.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
- All personal information and session content is treated as confidential.
- Exceptions: (a) legal requirements such as court orders or mandatory reporting of harm to self, others, or child protection; (b) anonymised use in supervision, training, or marketing; (c) emergencies.

- Sessions may be recorded only with your explicit prior consent; recordings remain our property.

- Any recordings you make of live sessions are strictly prohibited.
11. Medical, Health, and Professional Disclaimer
- Services are complementary and educational only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- We do not claim to cure or treat any condition. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
- You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before and during use of any Service, especially if you have epilepsy, mental health diagnoses, trauma history, or are pregnant.
- For EMDR, EFT, NLP, and hypnotherapy: these are recognised techniques but are not universally regulated. Vocational training does not confer licensed therapist status unless separately accredited.
- We are not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes.
12. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Services are provided "as is" with no warranties, express or implied, of fitness, merchantability, or results.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific Service in question in the preceding 12 months.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or opportunity.
- No liability for third-party actions, technical failures, or force majeure events such as pandemics, natural disasters, or strikes.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Training Alliance Group harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of Services; (c) any content you provide; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
14. Termination
- We may terminate your access or any booking immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or disruptive behaviour, with no refund.
- You may terminate by ceasing use and requesting cancellation where permitted under the Refund Policy.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via the Website or email.
17. Miscellaneous
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Training Alliance Group.
- If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect.
- No waiver of any breach constitutes a waiver of any other breach.
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
